Two(Bel)geniuses are coming back!
Last year we gave you two great beers - Haze IPA and Slow Brewed and we've managed to secure a small package again for this summer. Haze IPA is a fabulously crisp, late and dry hopped IPA that has a superb bitter orange tropical finish and the Slow Brewed is a great example of why Belgian beers have achieved a legendary status among those that really know their beers.

Happy Birthday Mill Hill Cask & Coffee
SO & T would like to congratulate Jay and the team at Mill Hill Cask and Coffee for their first year of trading, and we'll keep our fingers crossed that the sunshine holds out for their birthday celebrations this weekend. They've just added Belgin Fresh Citrus to their gin line-up and we've given them a couple of bottles of Carumbola Fruity Rum to help the party to get into full swing. Hopefully we'll call in and grab a couple of pictures, so watch this space for them.

Belgin Raspberry Rosé cocktails with Steve the Barman
Part three of Steve's trilogy sees him making 4 great cocktails based around Belgin Raspberry Rosé. We've tried them all and can't pick fault with any, so we'd advise you to give them a try ASAP!

Steve pairs Raspberry Rosé with mixers
In the second part of the Raspberry Rosé video trilogy (like Star Wars, but with a better drinks cabinet) Steve pairs an amazingly fruity gin with a huge range of tonics and other mixers. If you're a little more adventurous you can see his cocktailing suggestions in part 3 - out next week.

Steve the Barman with Raspberry Rosé
We're bowled over that Steve the Barman has taken time out to review our new version of Belgin Raspberry Rosé gin. Pull up a chair (and ideally a glass) and enjoy his thoughts on this amazing gin - available from our usual stockists and online with Master of Malt.
