Maybe it's because I'm a Londoner...

In 1838 a chap who was born within earshot of St. Mary-le-Bow church bells found himself in Belgium and being proud of his origins he decided that there was only one possible name for his gin distillery. The original nameplate is still clear outside 32 Lange Violettestraat in Ghent and although his gin was in production long after he'd gone ter 'eaven it was 175 years before a group of three friends decided to ask master distiller Luc Waterschoot (who owned the original recipe) to bring it into the 21st century with 15 extra botanicals including bitter orange, grapefruit and yuzu, layered deliciously with punchy, spicy botanicals such as caraway, clove and cinnamon.

We're incredibly fortunate to have been given the chance to bring this brand to the UK from the beginning of October and a few selected retailers will have gift packs containing glasses and a 70cl bottle of this stunning gin, so you'll have to be quick to grab one and, in the words of his fellow Cockney's 'treat yerself to a supersonic'.

Her kommer Nordmennene!

For the last couple of years we've been bringing you the amazing craft Belgian beers from Belgenius, and now it's time to add to the range with an uber-trendy craft brewer from Scandinavia. Very soon you'll be able to get your hands on everything from silky-smooth pilsners, to crispy hop-driven IPA's and rich chocolatey stouts and porters. There'll also be an ever changing range of sours, imperial pilsners, milkshake IPA's, DDH's and a raft of other insanely brilliant stuff.

There'll also be an opportunity for specialist micro pubs to grab some of these incredible brews in 20 and 30 litre keykegs, so watch this space and we'll be publishing details as soon as they hit the UK ARRIVING EARLY OCTOBER!!!
